  4.  Staked Survey:  Varies with size and complexity of parcel

B.      AT CLOSING
       1. Items payable in connection with your mortgage: Will be shown on the "Good Faith Estimate" provided by your lender.
       
        2. Lender's title insurance: Cost varies depending on the size of the mortgage. 

        3. Owner's title insurance: Cost varies with the the property's sales price.

        4. Semonin brokers administrative fee: $149

        5. Mortgage interest: Interest on mortgage from date of closing through the last day of that month: Varies depending on closing date.  

       6. Reserves deposited with lender (escrow account) & other miscellaneous charges: Please refer to the lender's "Good Faith Estimate."
